I've been a student of meditation for 30 years and have walked the paths of Sufism, Shamanism, and Qi Gong. I have been teaching and sharing what I know for 15 years.

My goal is to help people to develop the skills to be able to do basic practices in breathing and meditating that will grow in depth and range as the person doing them gains experience. This is valuable to both experienced and inexperienced meditators as both will gain in depth and understanding with the repitition of the practices and the experiences of the group. In gaining the skills to move into stillness, you will gain the ability to hear your inner voice. You will find and know yourself better. This can enhance your own shadow work and you might even become a fearless human walking the path you are here to walk.
